The City of Issaquah (“City”) is located in King County, Washington and is east-southeast of Seattle with Bellevue and Sammamish as neighboring cities. Over the last 10 years Issaquah’s population has more than doubled to 40,000 residents. Issaquah has grown from predominately single-family bedroom community to one that offers a variety of housing types, amenities, educational, and other services that contribute to a livable community.
