The City of Issaquah (“City”) is located in King County, Washington and is east-southeast of Seattle with Bellevue and Sammamish as neighboring cities. Over the last 10 years Issaquah’s population has more than doubled to 40,000 residents. Issaquah has grown from predominately single-family bedroom community to one that offers a variety of housing types, amenities, educational, and other services that contribute to a livable community. There are two primary objectives of the Comprehensive Plan update: 1) create a user-friendly document, and 2) establish a neighborhood plan template that can be used in the future that coordinates with the Comprehensive Plan. -SEE ATTACHED RFP DOCUMENT Addendum No. 1: Bid closing date is moved to March 24, 2023.
