Proposal Submission Instructions

The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a detailed and thorough facility condition assessment (FCA) and analysis of its facilities, fixed assets, grounds and miscellaneous structures on City owned or managed properties including review and update of asset inventory, identification of current facility condition deficiencies, recommendation of corrections for all deficiencies, provision of cost estimates for corrections, and forecasting future capital renewal cost.

The City of Redmond seeks to understand (1) the general condition of all buildings and major components; (2) the timing and cost of future building component major maintenance and replacement; and (3) the strategic planning of decarbonization efforts as they relate to budgeting, design, and operation in alignment with City priorities.
