Annual Community Survey and On-Call Services - The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to serve as a non-exclusive on-call contractor to conduct statistically valid surveys of selected community members (both city residents and businesses), to prepare reports of survey findings, and to conduct related work, such as conducting focus groups.
