Description:

The Work to be performed shall include: Construction of approximately 2,1000 linear feet of cycle track and sidewalk improvements, including but not limited to HMA paving, sidewalk, drainage, walls, transit stops, stairs, ADA ramps, railing, landscaping, irrigation, pedestrian illumination, traffic signal modifications, striping, signing, traffic control and other work necessary to complete the project. Engineer’s Estimate for this work is $3,300,000 to $4,000,000.

A pre-bid conference will be held at project site at the intersection of NE 28th Street and 156th Avenue NE at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. All potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. This will be your only opportunity to ask direct questions related to the project. Information from the pre-bid conference will not be made available to bidders who do not attend, but any changes to the Bid Documents made as a result of this pre-bid conference will be issued as Addenda and made available to all Bidders. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
