Public notice is hereby given that the City of Richland, Washington has issued the above solicitation for a qualified agency to administer the HOME Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program (TBRA). This solicitation is in accordance with Federal laws and regulations described in 24 CFR, Part 92 as required.
