NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Purchasing at their office in the Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance Office in Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

RENTAL RATES FOR MAINTENANCE & CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT WITHOUT OPERATOR

UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, June 27, 2023

At which time and place they will be publicly opened (live/virtual via GoToMeeting) and the names of the submitters will be identified, including the group numbers they are submitting rates for. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to watch the virtual opening. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County is requesting bids from firms and individuals who are interested in making their maintenance and construction equipment available to the County at various job locations on an occasional basis as needed, beginning August 1, 2023 and through December 31, 2024.

The County intends to compile a list of available equipment from bids submitted. When equipment is needed, the County will select it for rental from the list, based on availability and suitability for the need, with preference to low bidders. All responsive and responsible bids will be accepted. A list of available equipment will be compiled from bids submitted. This bid is for equipment only.
