NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at their Office in the Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES FOR THE WHATCOM COUNTY JAIL

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday May 16, 2023

At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened, and the names of the submitters identified. All interested people are invited to be present. Late submittals will not be accepted. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities.

The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office, Correction Division is seeking proposals for the services of a qualified pharmacies to provide prescription and over-the-counter medications for jail offenders.
