SALE OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY (PARCEL 390225 434267 0000)

At which time and place the bids will be opened live/virtual via GoToMeeting, and read aloud. All bidders and other interested parties are invited to attend the live opening via GoToMeeting. Late submittals will not be considered. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities.

This bid is to sell surplus real property, Whatcom County Tax Parcel Number 390225 434267 0000, hereinafter called the “Property”.

Minimum bid $890.00 (Eight hundred ninety dollars and no cents)

QUALIFIED BIDDERS: The sale of this Property is subject to a covenant to bind. Bidders for this Property must show evidence that they own property adjacent to the property to submit a bid. Successful bidders will be responsible for paying all fees and costs associated with the transaction including but not limited to the recording fee and real estate excise tax.

VIEWING/INSPECTION: There is no physical or legal access to the Property in question except across private property, over which the County is not authorized to grant access.

Potential bidders acknowledge that Whatcom County is selling the Property “as is”, with no warranties as to its physical condition or its contents.
