NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at their Office in the Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

CLINICAL LABORATORY SERVICES FOR THE WHATCOM COUNTY JAIL

UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, November 28 December 12, 2023

At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via GoToMeeting), and the names of the submitters identified. All interested people are invited to watch the virtual opening. Late submittals will not be accepted. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities.

The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office, Correction Division is seeking proposals for the services of a qualified clinical laboratory to provide laboratory services for jail offenders who are incarcerated in either the downtown Jail or the Work Center, as further described in the solicitation document.
