The purpose of this contract is to assist the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) to apply for, and implement, a 1115 waiver through the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The Contractor will assist with research and drafting of the 1115 waiver application, including implementing best practices and lessons learned for CMS waiver requests. If approved, the Contractor will assist with implementation of the waiver requirements.
