	L&I is initiating this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit responses from individuals or organizations interested in entering into a grant agreement with L&I to provide incentives, such as covering program costs, providing stipends to Apprenticeship Preparation participants, or covering Apprenticeship Preparation Program tuition; and to address barriers for participation in construction Apprenticeship Preparation Programs, such as covering child care or transportation.
