Commerce is initiating this Notice of Funding to solicit Proposals from those interested in grants to outreach and enroll historically marginalized community members to apply for state and federal assistance programs. Grants will be administered by community-based organizations with experience supporting marginalized individuals and families who may qualify for social services. Commerce intends to award at least 12 contracts to provide the services described in this NOFO.
