WDFW is seeking a Contractor to develop molecular genetic techniques and conduct analyses to support the Wildlife Program’s Science Division in its studies of marine mammal diet and health. This includes updating the metabarcoding protocols and bioinformatics pipeline used for diet analysis from pinniped scats, refining methods to identify individual marine mammals from DNA in feces, and developing methods to gain more information.
