	WSDOT seeks the purchase of 9.293 reserved Wetland Mitigation Credits to be used on eligible projects within WRIA 07. Only bids from certified Mitigation Banks in WRIA 07 will be accepted. The Successful Bidder (Vendor) shall reserve the specified amount of credits for WSDOT and those credits shall only be applied to projects that have been issued the appropriate permits and approvals, per federal, state, and local laws.
