4 Intensive Behavioral Health Treatment Facility (IBHTF) sites will require training, technical assistance, follow-up site visits, fidelity reports. WA Administrative Code (WAC) 246-341-1137 established standards for IBHTFs that are unique to Washington, and include: psychosocial rehabilitation services, service coordination, resident rights, and other topics. Additionally, the sites will require hands-on training and technical assistance to meet numerous other requirements under the WAC.
