09/14/23	WSDOT is seeking quotes for Winter Sand Material as specified below and on the attached RFQ form. Bidders shall quote a per cubic yard price, comprising all costs for delivery to WSDOT Inventory Control Points (ICPs) as well as quotes for pick-up from vendor sites by WSDOT. Bidders are not required to bid on every ICP and bidders should quote pricing only for the ICPs they are willing and able to deliver to or will call pick-up by WSDOT.
