This RFP seeks proposals from qualified consulting firms in the analysis of internal workplace policies and SOP documents for Puget Sound Partnership. PSP conducted an internal equity study and findings identified inequity in how staff experience basic personnel and operations policies, the procedure for salary increases, and a lack of outcome measurements for various internal policy decisions. This study led to a need for review of equity consideration in internal policies and procedures.
