	DSHS intends to enter into a sole-source contract with Clinical Services Management, P.C. for consulting services that encompass continued monitoring, oversight, and related consulting services with regard to performance improvement efforts concerning patient care at Western State Hospital and to add oversight and evaluation activities at Olympic Heritage Behavioral Health to facilitate efforts in reaching Joint Commission survey readiness, a precursor to gaining CMS Certification.
