06/29/23	The Washington State Health Care Authority, hereafter called “HCA,” is initiating this Request for Applications (RFA) to solicit Applications from organizations interested in participating in a project to implement substance use disorder prevention services, focusing on Substance Use Disorder (SUD) related to opioids and cannabis, mental health promotion, and suicide prevention in Washington State. HCA intends to award multiple Contracts to provide the services described in this RFA.
