12/01/22	This RFI is being issued to solicit responses from data digitization vendors that can provide scanning and indexing services to convert paper documents into electronic files that will be integrated into a new permitting database. The responses to the RFI will be used to inform a subsequent RFP for document scanning and indexing services as part of the larger effort to migrate permit review to a new development review and permit management system.
