	Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) intends to use this Competitive Solicitation to solicit and evaluate competitive bids, to award one contract for a Heavy-Duty Vehicle Column Lift. This machine is a mobile column lift capable of lifting vehicles greater than 18,000 lbs. This Solicitation will be based on firm fixed price. The contract term is for one hundred and eight months (108).
