	The WA State Department of Transportation Eastern Region is requesting quotes for the construction of a Prefabricated Precast Concrete Fiber Optic Hub. Construction of a 20’x 40’ concrete building, (per attached drawings). Precast building is to be EASI-SPAN® brand Model 2040 (OR similar). Building shall be provided by manufacturer with all necessary openings as specified by contractor in conformance with manufacturer’s structural requirements.
