The Washington State Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) is issuing this 2nd Tier solicitation under Statewide Contract, 08215 Information Technology Professional Services. Work will be continued up to the maximum of the budget of $140,000 or until the product owner determines the work is complete. PDC will provide project management, a scrum master, product owner, and additional technical resources as necessary to assist the contractor in understanding the current implementation.
