This equipment is necessary to continue and expand sturgeon research conducted in Washington rivers, bays, and estuaries and along the Washington coast. These specific receivers and transponders communicate with our currently deployed or inventoried items. The NexTrak receivers are able to communicate with our currently owned receivers and transponders.
