The purpose of this RFP is to solicit qualified contractors to provide a Residential Settings Locator for the Aging and Long-Term Services Administration (ALTSA). The application will match individuals in need of long-term care with potential Adult Family Home (AFH) and Assisted Living Facility (ALF) providers who can meet those needs and have vacancies available.
