	The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission’s Winter Recreation Program is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide cross country ski trail grooming services for approximately 18.3 miles (29.4 km) of cross country ski trails in the USFS Mt Baker Snoqualmie National Forest within the Salmon Ridge trail system on the NE side of Mt Baker within Whatcom County.
