WA State Dept. of Corrections is soliciting this RFQQ from Bidders to conduct confirmation drug testing on samples of drugs/controlled substances, which were found by searches or otherwise. The Bidder must be capable to receive, process, and transport samples from 11 prisons, 103 community offices, and 12 reentry centers to their facility securely. Bidders at the option, may submit quotes for urinalysis and oral swab testing.
