DSHS is contracting for a vendor to conduct an analysis and report through research and focus groups with legal system partners regarding the ongoing demand to forensic mental health services being provided by the State of Washington and potential strategies to reduce this demand, pursuant to the Trueblood Settlement of Contempt Agreement.
