	Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) intends to use this Competitive Solicitation to solicit and evaluate competitive bids, as set forth herein, to award one contract for a Hydro Demolition Machine. This machine is used to remove concrete from roadways for repair. This Solicitation will be based on firm fixed price. The contract term is for eight (8) years.
