	To enter into an agreement for certification services of independent testing labs. Cannabis producer and processor licensees are required to submit samples of cannabis, usable cannabis, and cannabis-infused products to an independent, third-party testing laboratory which meets the certification requirements established by the WSLCB for inspection and testing to ensure that the cannabis meets the standards adopted by the WSLCB including but not limited to, standards set forth in WAC 314-55
