02/14/23	The Washington State Department of Natural Resources, hereafter called “Agency/DNR”, is initiating this Solicitation to solicit proposals from firms interested in facilitating the development of local or regional Prescribed Burn Associations (PBAs). This solicitation intends to identify and address the overarching and systematic challenges that practitioners and land managers face when planning and implementing prescribed fire projects.
