02/02/24	The Cities of Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater, and Yelm are soliciting proposals from qualified respondents with expertise in land use planning, housing, and diversity and equity analyses to complete a housing displacement analysis and develop recommendations to inform amendments to the housing elements of each City’s Comprehensive Plan as part of the 2025 state required periodic update. The City of Olympia is the lead agency for this RFP.
