03/25/24	The Washington State Department of Commerce hereafter called "COMMERCE,” is initiating this Request for Qualifications and Quotes (RFQQ) to solicit proposals from those interested in participating in a project to 1. Audit income-restricted units in multifamily property tax exemption (MFTE) properties in accordance with RCW 84.14.100(3) and 2. Develop a fee schedule for auditing services with the goal of a self-funded audit program. Please see attached document for full information.
