11/22/23	The WA State Health Care Authority (HCA) is initiating this RFQQ to solicit Bids from firms to provide health care cost analysis. Bidders will review and augment work to date, in order to deliver a final presentation and written report to the Health Care Cost Transparency Board (HCCTB) as defined by the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 70.390. Work to date includes data, research, and presentation materials. The written report will include existing and potentially new research and data.
