This competitive solicitation is to acquire and implement electronic health record solutions. Solutions may be used by purchasers or with multiple agencies. The State is seeking solutions for integrated patient information systems with revenue cycle functionality and electronic health records modules to replace existing systems that can rely on paper and/or electronic systems to document and manage patient care, services, billing and claims management, and other related functions.
