DNR is initiating this Solicitation from firms interested in a project to complete a wood basket study. The Apparent Successful Bidder will estimate the existing and future supply and demand for wood in Washington State by region, including levels required to maintain existing industry-related infrastructure; and assess what is currently known about the needs of existing forest industry infrastructure and what information gaps exist.
