	WAHBE is initiating this RFI to learn about Consumer Decision Support Tools (CDSTs) for Health Plan Recommendations. WAHBE looks forward to hearing from Vendors who are capable of building quality rating scores into CDSTs, interested in providing a broader suite of tools alongside the total out-of-pocket cost calculator and formulary search, such as a network comparison tool or other tools that support plan shopping and enrollment.
