	Building 2: Remove an existing approximately 90 lineal foot trench drain inside workshop, cap off and abandon in place associated drain lines and cleanouts, and fill remaining trench with new concrete. Building 2: Prepare existing 5,200 square foot workshop's concrete floor to receive resinous flooring. Building 2: Install new mechanical exhaust fan in wastewater room. Site: Add a new walk-through person gate with lock next to the main gate entrance. Bid alternates detailed in the scope of work.
