DES, in collaboration with the State of Oregon, is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26. DES intends to conduct a competitive procurement to establish and award Cooperative Purchasing Agreements (“Contract(s)”) to impact attenuator systems (“Impact Attenuators”). Impact Attenuators are devices or protective systems that are intended to reduce the damage to structures, vehicles, and motorists resulting from a motor vehicle collision.
