02/12/24	The Washington State Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board (Workforce Board) is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26. This Competitive Solicitation is being offered in response to the 2023 Operating Budget (ESSB 5187 Sec. 614 (6)) directing the Workforce Board to award a Grant(s) for the purposes of supporting the professional development of workers in the healthcare field by utilizing Labor-Management Partnerships.
