WSP is beginning the process of assessing available state message switch systems capabilities and infrastructure requirements in order to maintain technological currency of their current system, and identify promising emerging technologies and solutions. The information obtained from this Request for Information (RFI) will inform decision making and development of a funding request to upgrade the existing state message switch system.
