02/17/23	The Washington State Conservation Commission (SCC) will offer funding opportunities through the Riparian Plant Propagation Program (RPPP). This program is designed to restore riparian habitats by addressing the shortage of native trees and shrubs available for restoration projects. The SCC intends to contract with nurseries to propagate native plants. This RFI is intended to gather information needed for the SCC to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP).
