The Office of the State Treasurer is soliciting proposals from members of the State’s underwriting pool, to provide underwriting services in connection with an issuance of Fircrest Properties Lease Revenue Bonds. The bonds will be issued by a nonprofit corporation as an "on-behalf-of-issuer" pursuant to IRS Revenue Ruling 63-20. The bonds are tentatively scheduled for sale in July 2024.
