The Washington State Department of Transportation solicits interest from consultants who wish to be evaluated and considered to provide General Engineering Consultant support for the Cascadia High Speed Rail and I-5 Program. One (1) agreement may be awarded. The agreement will be for approximately eight and half million ($8,500,000) and two years in duration (2023-2025 biennium).
