	Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) intends to use this Competitive Solicitation to evaluate competitive bids, to award 1 contract for a specific HD Vehicle Column Lift. WSDOT is soliciting for Snap On brand mobile column lifts. The reason a specific brand is to achieve uniformity with equipment & reduce training time for personnel. Shall lift greater than 18k lbs at each wheel. Solicitation is firm fixed price. The contract term is for 108 months.
