11/20/23 Selective	WSDOT seeks quotes to replace (2) HMI panels as well as (3) PLCs for emergency switchgear systems at two of WSDOT’s I-90 facilities. Existing HMI’s are nearing end of life, and must be replaced per OEM specifications. This equipment is integral to WSDOT’s tunnel systems, and work must follow the OEM’s (ABB, Inc.) requirements. Only responses from OEM-authorized distributors, listed in the OEM letter presented in this solicitation (Appx. H) will be accepted in response to this solicitation.
