	The Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Advocates for Human Potential for the development of an e-learning, module style training program on the principles of Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)ⓒ. Wellness Action Recovery Plan (WRAP)ⓒ is a SAMHSA recognized evidence-based practice which provides a specific tool for people to recognize when they are entering crisis, and thus allows them to divert or reduce the impacts of crisis.
