	The purpose of this RFQ is to select a consultant or consultant team with expertise in FEMA processes, site investigations and analyses, surveying, engineering, and permitting services for the repair of roads and drainage infrastructure due to severe storm damages incurred at two locations at Moran State Park in San Juan County and one location at Larrabee State Park in Whatcom County. This work is funded by FEMA.
