01/13/23	McCarty Hall is a residence hall at the University of Washington Seattle Campus that opened in 2018. Some of the sofa sectional lounge furniture needs reupholstered. Awarded vendor to remove sofa sectional furniture from McCarty Hall and perform work off site in their workspace, reupholstery, deliver/return finished product and reinstall in the same location. HFS is requiring that the awarded vendor’s insurance will cover these items during transit and while at the reupholstery location.
